Founder & Director
At Campictures, our journey is steered by a filmmaker who blends passion with a sense of fun. With over a decade of vibrant film production experience, he began by crafting scripts for MTV and UTV-Bindass, which led him to work as a Chief/1st Assistant Director on projects both national and international, including collaborations with the legendary Rajkumar Santoshi.
Eventually his work as a filmmaker has earned festival recognition, while his directed digital content has amassed over one million views across platforms, establishing his presence in the evolving digital content landscape. Thanks to his tech background, blending traditional cinematic craft with technology-driven and AI-enabled creative workflows is an integral part at Campictures.
Writer & Creative Producer
Ruchika Roy is an award-winning screenwriter and executive producer with over 15 years of experience in the Indian entertainment industry. She has created and led content across films, television, and OTT platforms, with notable projects including Dil Bekaraar (2021), 24: India (2013), The Test Case (2018), De Taali (2008), etc
As a storyteller, Ruchika seamlessly blends creative vision with production expertise, delivering compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Beyond screenwriting, she is a contributing author to Magical Women, a critically acclaimed fantasy-fiction anthology published by Hachette India.
Her work has earned her prestigious recognitions, including the Screenwriters Association Award and the Indian Television Academy Award.
Ruchika’s career reflects her versatility—not only in storytelling across multiple genres but also in entrepreneurial ventures, from running a tattoo studio to establishing her own production house.
Raised in an Army family and having lived across India, she brings a unique depth of perspective to her work. Currently based in Mumbai, she continues to create stories that inspire, entertain, and push boundaries.

Her journey is a remarkable progression from a Television Creative to a channel Executive Producer, showcasing her versatility as a powerhouse and energetic content creator. With a successful track record in developing renowned television and digital shows while working for prominent platforms like Zee5, Disney Hotstar, Jio Studios, Alt Balaji, among others, she has proven her expertise in curating captivating content. From the inception of script development to coordinating with teams and hands-on supervision of projects throughout their journey from concept to shoot and final telecast, she embodies a comprehensive and dedicated approach to content creation and production.
Creative Consultant
A content strategist and creative consultant with 8+ years of experience across television, OTT, audio storytelling, and indie cinema. His core expertise lies in insight-driven storytelling — combining audience research, trend mapping, and competitive analysis to develop IPs that deeply resonate with Gen Z and Millennial audiences. At Zee, he leads youth-focused programming strategy, working closely with senior leadership to shape new IPs, conduct consumer diagnostics, and build format frameworks enhanced by AI-led workflows. Prior to this, he collaborated with creators and producers across OTT and digital platforms to refine scripts, construct story worlds, and position concepts for market success. With a strong cross-platform perspective and command over IP development, audience behaviour, and narrative strategy, Naman brings a research-led yet creatively intuitive approach to building high-impact content ecosystems.
Post Producer
Shekhar Reddy is a seasoned post-production professional with over 20 years of experience in film and content editing. Beginning his journey as an assistant editor on major Bollywood feature films, he built a strong foundation under the mentorship of industry masters, shaping his craft with discipline and precision.
His expertise led him to senior roles as Post-Production Head (Execution) across multiple setups, where he successfully managed and supervised complex post-production workflows. With contributions to 100+ projects, Shekhar is widely respected for his meticulous attention to detail, strong narrative sense, and artistic finesse.
At Campictures, he is the driving force behind post-production, managing edits, timelines, and final deliveries with consistency and clarity.
